I think Dr. Nicholas Perricone’s books are one of the best ways to get information on your skin and the health of your body. Dr. Perricone explains a holistic approach to the care of your skin and the importance of reducing inflammation through your food and supplements.
One of my favorite books to refer to is “The Wrinkle Cure” It has a lot of great tips and easy access to what you need to know. This book teaches you how to eat well for the health care of your skin. Also, how natural antioxidants help improve the rejuvenation of your skin. It explains what supplements are key for your skin and body.
I love how easy it is to get the information you need. You don’t even have to read it from cover to cover. Just read what you’re looking to work on.
