Then as you go through life your skin will change and your regimen will need to be tweaked a bit to accommodate these changes.

Tips and Habits to Have Throughout Your Life:
• Stay out of the Sun and use SPF!
• Drink plenty of water
• Maintain a healthy diet
• Develop great skincare habits from an early age and consistently take care of your skin
<p

You will see dryness all over the skin and sagging around mouth and eyelids. Your skin may bruise easier, may become rough, and is more susceptible to lesions such as benign tumors.

Hydration is a must! Using a mist that is alcohol free on skin throughout the day will help balance PH. Make sure you’re keeping your skin moisturized and are using anti-aging products.

Continue staying out of the sun, maintaining a healthy diet, drinking water, and keeping a balanced life. Good digestion is key. Eat fresh berries, salmon, and lots of fresh green veggies.

We hope you learned something new during this Skincare at Different Ages series!
